Once shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location and the selected shipping method. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.

Custom Orders

Custom and personalized items may require additional processing time. We work closely to ensure everything is completed accurately before shipping.

Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated timelines, delays may occur due to shipping carriers, holidays, or high order volume. Boice Designs is not responsible for carrier delays once the order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
